That’s right! We’re slowly making our way around the country. After publishing The Field Guide to NSW Produce late last year, and the Victorian version before that, 2014 saw us turn our focus towards the Apple Isle.
Months of research and writing have all come together into a beautifully designed book, due to be published in November 2014. It will be distributed nationwide, giving consumers, restaurants and stockists the opportunity to contact producers and hear their stories. It’s all part of our goal to reconnect people to the food that they eat.
